The FCA Certified Repair Centers came about as FCA recognized the value of assisting their Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep ®, Ram, and Fiat customers at any point in the ownership process, including the unfortunate incidence of an accident in 2011. With vehicles that feature ever-increasing levels of technology and complexity, it was necessary to give customers a network to turn to for safe and proper collision repair.
They launched the accredited collision repair program FCA U.S. LLC in July 2012. This is the first OE certification program operated by Assured Quality Network, the United States’ largest OE certification organization.
Assured Performance Network, on behalf of FCA, supports the system and certifies that shops have the right materials, supplies, training, and updated facilities to provide proper repair.
